Are Your Skin Care Products Safe?
Jan 5, 2009
That’s exactly what one author is asking. Diana MacEachern, author of “Big Green Purse”, is pushing women around the world to turn around their skin care regimens in favor of a greener way of life. In a recent article published in Greenwich Time, MacEachern offered up her comments on the importance of eco-friendly personal care. “The way we spend our money is our first line of defense,” she says. “American women have more economic clout than the GDP of China. It’s huge.”
In her book, published this year, MacEachern says women spend 85 cents of every dollar in the marketplace and are predisposed to protect the environment and health. That puts them in a strong position to force the greening of products, she argues. And in the personal-care category, they’re the target audience. To reinforce her point, she suggests that you take a trip to your bathroom and gather up all of the personal care items you use every day. Don’t be surprised if it’s over 15. Now look at the label. Can you pronounce the ingredients? If not, you could be putting harsh chemicals and toxins into your body. Do you feel safe using these products now?
Not feeling secure in the ingredients of a product was one of the reasons that Kansas psoriasis sufferer Laurie Hughes switched to eco-friendly products. After undergoing steroid treatment to combat her skin condition, Hughes investigated natural personal care products to see if the switch would help. It did.
All-natural skin care is both safer and more effective. So make the switch. Choose natural products like Surgeon’s Secret Skin Care from JamarkLabs.com to give you beautiful skin without harsh chemicals

It’s that time of the year again. It’s the time of the year when making a trip to your local shopping center to take advantage of the great prices is like preparing for a commando mission! There is a level of unnecessary stress involved when contending with the holiday shopping crowds that makes you want to go into hibernation until the New Year.
